When you visit this website
This website provides static information and uses no analytics or marketing services. Range searches and filters run directly in your browser. We use local browser storage (Local Storage) to show the opening animation just once and to remember your acknowledgement of the privacy notice.
Fonts and images are served with the website. Maps, reviews and messaging services are not embedded as external widgets.

To allow your browser to load this website, technical data is transmitted to the server delivering it. This may include your IP address, the time and URL of your request, browser information and the page you visited previously.
The technical provision and protection of this website are based on our legitimate interest in a functional and secure online service under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Whether access data is logged, and for how long, depends on the specific hosting configuration.
Local browser storage
Local Storage saves small pieces of information on your device under this website’s domain. Unlike cookies, this information is not automatically sent to the server with every request. The entries described below are processed by our website code only in your browser; they contain no random identifier and are not used for audience measurement, advertising or recognition across devices.
Storage for the opening animation
When you first open the website, a short welcome with our logo appears. As the welcome starts, the website automatically saves the value 1 under miro:intro-seen. On later visits, it reads this entry to skip the animation in the same browser.
Remember the privacy notice
When you close the privacy notice, we save under miro:privacy that you have acknowledged it. The entry contains the version of this information, the day of your acknowledgement and the acknowledgement status. This prevents the same notice from appearing on every visit. This acknowledgement is not consent to analytics, advertising or other data processing.
Retention and deletion
Neither entry has an automatic expiry date. They remain stored until you delete the website data in your browser or the browser removes them itself. A new version of the privacy information may require a new acknowledgement. The entries apply only to this website in this browser and are not automatically transferred to other devices.
If you delete the website data, the welcome and privacy notice may appear again on your next visit. You can reopen the information about stored data at any time using “Privacy information” in the footer.

Acknowledging this notice does not activate analytics or marketing services, external maps, automatically loaded social media, or external font providers. The website does not load such services automatically. If additional purposes or services are introduced in future, the information will be updated and any required consent obtained separately.
When you contact us
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we use the information you provide to handle your enquiry. This may include your name, contact details and the content of your message.
Where an enquiry concerns entering into or performing a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We handle other enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective and existing customers under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We retain this information for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry. It is then deleted unless statutory retention obligations or other legal grounds require it to be kept for longer.
Links to WhatsApp and Google Maps
Our WhatsApp and directions buttons are external links. Simply visiting this website does not load any messaging or map content through them.
You only leave this website for WhatsApp when you open the WhatsApp link. The provider then processes data under its own terms. For confidential enquiries, you can contact us by phone or email instead.
Google Maps
Opening a map or directions link takes you to Google Maps. The data processed there is governed by Google's privacy information. No Google map is embedded on our website.
Your rights
Where the legal requirements are met, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation.
